We want you to be happy!
That’s why everything we sell has a money back guarantee. Due to abuse of lenient past policies, we have had to put a few reasonable restrictions on returns.
1) Products (physical or electronic) may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2) Physical products must be returned in good, resalable condition. Buyer pays for return shipping.
3) Once the downloadable content of a product has been downloaded, the merchandise is not returnable.
4) Online classes are refundable until the last day of class.
5) Memberships are not refundable. Your only recourse is to set your membership to not renew.

Event Refund Policy
Cancellations and Refunds
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations within 47 hours of the event may transferred to a different city/date of the same event. You may not request a refund after downloading event recordings and handouts.
If we are required to cancel or reschedule an event, you may request a full refund or apply your purchase to a future event.
This policy applies to all sales by Great Little Book Publishing Co., Inc. and all of our online and offline properties, including but not limited to the Small Biz Thoughts Bookstore, Small Biz Thoughts, Great Little Seminar and SMB Roadshow.
